Some people work at dealerships. Some people become legends. JT Iszler somehow managed to do both.
Rumor has it that JT's birth certificate is filed under "Mythical Creatures," and while most people spend their lives hearing stories about larger-than-life figures, the employees at Team Auto Sales get to work alongside one every day.
JT is the kind of guy that Chuck Norris allegedly called when he needed advice. In fact, there are unconfirmed reports that the two became friends after a friendly arm-wrestling match ended in a draw sometime during a South Dakota blizzard. To this day, neither man will discuss what happened.
When JT isn't helping customers or keeping operations running smoothly at Team Auto Sales, he's usually out ice fishing. Not because he enjoys the cold, because the cold enjoys being around JT. Local legends claim that during one particularly harsh winter, JT met the Yeti while ice fishing on a frozen lake. After a brief conversation and sharing a thermos of coffee, the two became lifelong friends. The Yeti still sends him holiday cards every year.
Known throughout the dealership as a true jack of all trades, JT can be found helping with inventory, moving vehicles, assisting customers, solving problems, and somehow being in three places at once. Some say he has a twin. Others say he simply bends the laws of time and space when things need to get done.
His customer service skills are second to none. According to local folklore, Mother Teresa herself once gave JT a masterclass in kindness, patience, and treating people the right way. Since then, he's made it his mission to ensure every customer feels welcome, appreciated, and valued.
There have also been occasional reports that when JT goes above and beyond for a customer, which happens often, wings briefly appear from behind his work shirt. While these sightings remain unverified, no one has ever successfully disproven them either.
JT proudly describes himself as a "future dice-setting champion," a title he takes seriously enough to joke about constantly. His competitive spirit, positive attitude, and willingness to learn make him the kind of person who never stops improving.
